Take the day to celebrate Dad…here are a few hints..

Start the day by participating in the Inaugural Kevin Gray Father’s Day 5K Run.  It takes place around LIVESTRONG Sporting Park, CommunityAmerica Ballpark, and the Kansas Speedway.  Everything looks like it kicks off around 7am, so a good chance to kick the day off early with dad and give money toward some good causes.  Get more info here.

Next treat dad to a free day at the KC ZOO.  That’s right, Dad gets in the Zoo free all day Father’s Day and get a free hot dog while supplies last.  Zoo hours are 9:30-5:00 Sunday.

Free Frozen Yogurt for Dads at TCBY.  Dad deserves a treat so why not take advantage of this freebie at your local TCBY just on Father’s Day.

Greater Kansas City Crime Stoppers TIPS Hotline is hosting this event to encourage and enable the community to protect against identity theft.  All documents are shredded into confetti size pieces then recycled.  There will be donations accepted for the Crime Stoppers TIPS Hotline.  And they ask that there be a limit of 3 bags or boxes per vehicle.
